I'm using this system because it meshes perfectly with Palliser's ideas with 2. c4 vs. the queen's gambit, the modern/king's indian/grunfeld and old indian.

These all look like good systems to me.  I am not familiar with the exact theoretical states of these variations but I know some of these early b4 lines can cause Black problems.

In Gary Lane’s “Ideas behind the Modern chess Openings" he proposes a dutch system with d4, Nf3, g3 and Bg2.  By not committing the early Nc3, he leaves the c4 pawn advance available vs the StoneWall.  This is a practical blessing for many d4 players because it allows for many transpositions from the queen’s gambit. Are these systems any good?
