I already answered that question Teyko. You just cannot give a central pawn like that. 
I understand you have demonstrated that White was better everywhere (I use your words ) in the 1.d4 d5 BDG apart from the Lemberber, the Ziegler, The Vienna, The Gunderam, the Bogoljubov, the Teichmann, the Langheincke...
So I suggested you play 3.Bg5 against the order of moves 1...Nf6 2.Nc3 d5 and after 3...Nbd7 4.Qd3 like GM Jonny Hector with the idea e2-e4 and without giving the pawn this time. Quite possibly it reaches no more than equality but an equality that will suit your 'style' without everything to change in your repertoire.

By the (naive) way, if you find any opening where White is better, so slightly may it be, in every line you have a great future as a second at the highest level !

I like Patrik's approach about the Rasmussen, but I have had a bit of a BDG indigestion recently and I need to split my work on the Lemberger clearly into 4 parts ( 5.dxe5 and miscellaneous; 5.Qh5, 5.Nxe4 and the Hübsch) so I will get back to him when that preliminary phase is over.
