Most often I will just be lying on the sofa in the livign room, trying to blance the book, a portable chess set and a cup of coffee ...

Rest assured though, that when I get your King's Gambit book, I will be in my study, engine on, looking for tactical flaws in the analysis  Grin
  

If sometimes we fly too close to the sun, at least this shows we are spreading our wings.

I was thinking about what level of comments should be appropriate in these computer days - for example, should one point out simple tactics or not?

Then it struck me that books are read in so many different situations - which should influence how one experiences a book...

I find myself reading chess books in, at least, the seven above situations - but which is the most common reading situation for You? Cheesy
