Does anyone have received the book ?

Everyone is talking about the Trompowsky, but noone gives a clear answer to my questions !

A long time ago I used to play the Tromp *exclusively* as my main weapon. it worked well against most black replies but the one irritating and effective variation was 2... e6! which put me off. surprisingly common too.    will be curious to know how davies handles that! imho wells was unsatisfactory in his chapter on this. maybe its not his fault that this opening is inherently not so strong?

Has anyone received this book ? Which lines are covered ? Which are not ? Sounds good or bad ?
How is it shaped ? By tree or by model games ?

Davies is full of interesting ideas...  his grunfeld book was excellent. 

I am curious about what he recommends in the 2... e6 line, which made me give up the tromp.

I am told this will be out very shortly. Word is Davies rates the long-despised 3 Bh4 as White's best move, which will be interesting if true.

I fear this will be in the illustrative-games-format (with some interesting ['non-main'] lines missing) and I also wonder what this can add to already existing literature (with Well's outstanding book).
