Well it's usually dismissed as 3. exf5 exf5 gives white a pleasant += advantage but on the other side it's far from beeing a losing blunder and below ELO 2000 level you're probably get away with it. I used to fiddle around with it in blitz games and I can tell you that weaker players (than I) usually don't have a clue how to develop an advantage. I would however strongly disadvice you to play it against master strength players. The problem with blacks position is the hole on e5 , the weakness of the king side squares and the bad light squared bishop. If white plays well he should have some attacking chances I believe but I have really never faced the line from the white side. In some sense it's just a stonewall without the e6 pawn. I think the opening of the e file (compared to nornal stonewall) is good for white because he can exert piece pressure along the e file strongly supporting a knight outpost on e5. Recall what Nimzowitch says about outposts in his book My System, that an outpost strongly increases in strength if it's situated on an (half)open file. Note that the corresponding e4 field is not an outpost because white can control it with f3.

This is a wrong forum. You'll get better replies if you post in Daring Defences Forum. But as far as I understand, black's idea in dutch is pressurising e4 square. How can you achieve this after 1.e4 ? No. Imho 2...f5 is not playable.
