Yes, take the pawn.  3...cb4 4.d4 Nf6 5.Bd3 d5 6.e5 Ne4 7.O-O Nc6.  Advantage for black.

What is the best option for black after  1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3. b4 ? Take the pawn and give withe a nice centre?
