Of course, d5 is the basic answer, but I'd like to draw your attention to 15...ab!? which is quite interesting. After the obligatory 16.Nxb5 (16.ef? loses to 16...e4 17.Qe2 Rxa3! 18.ba Bxa1 19.Rxa1 Qf6!!-+) and then black plays 16...Rb8, after which his basic plan is to take on e4, and then to play f5, with a really good compensation for just one pawn.

I think Black can just play ...d5 (since exd5 loses material after ...e4 threatening ...exd3 and ...Bxb2).

After 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.d4 xd4 4.Nxd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 e5 6.Nb5 e6 7.Bg5 a6 8.Na3 b5 9.Bxf6 xf6 10.Nd5 Bg7 11.Bd3 Nd7 12.Nxd7 Qxd7 13.c4 f5 how does black respond to 
14.xb5
or 14.0-0 0-0 15.xb5 followed by a white attempt to in pawns?
