Oops, my bad.  I do see an ECO search field.  I'll give that a spin and see if I can export whatever games it finds to a single PGN file.

I could have sworn there was a PGN games archive in the 1.e4... site.

Now all I see are PDFs, "Playable e-books," and a search tool of questionable use (can't search by position or ECO code).

Did I dream the pgn archive, or did it get moved or deleted?  I'd like to get hold of some Caro-Kanns and play over them on PocketFritz during an upcoming trip.
