	I think Kramnik is winning after 13…f5. Even Keano’s kid sister can check mate Topalov, Now.

	Maybe John, but I think I prefer to play this position as Black than the other ones where White has the 2 bishops

	Is it a novelty? I can't see it catching on much - if Black wants this sort of solid slightly inferior position in this line he can always get it, you'd think. Although to be sure whether it catches on is going to depend on the result of this game. I wonder if we'll come to see this as the biggest single game in chess history? It could be the difference between the world championship coming to an effective end, or not.

	Less of the two-bishop thing, then. Topalov's gone solid. White surely ought to be reasonably happy with this. I know nothing about the theory of this - although presumably every d4 player's going to have to soon. Where's Inn2?? Although I seem to recall he reckons he'd never play this line as Black, so maybe he knows nothing either.

	Greetings, castlerock. Tense day ahead. He's a monkey, that Topalov, isn't he? Difficult one to predict. On the whole though I don't think Kramnik should mind. He's always been a great two-bishop man, and of course it's just possible that here he has some interesting ideas. And he's not likely to get caught in any sharp prep himself. I hope.

	Thats right by this stage don't just want a Kramnik win, but one as slow and painful as possible. Prefably one going to 150+ moves, with Topalov really losing the will to live...

	If Topalov plays the Slav, Kramnik should whip out his 10 years of secret analysis and intense undercover training in the Exchange Slav and grind him down to woodchips. Work it, baby, work it!
