Following a recent reinstallation of Windows (98, 2nd edition) on my PC, I find (coincidentally or otherwise) that Chesspub.exe won't work: when I click on the desktop icon and the Chesspub screen comes up, instead of the box into which I usually insert my usename and password I get an error message which says "10061: Connection refused. Verify that a server is available at chesspub.com on Port:9123."

I've tried deleting all chesspub.exe files from my PC and reinstalling, but it makes no difference. Can Tony or anyone offer any advice?
