Yes, it also offers a repertoire based on the Leningrad.

Steffen Pedersen had a repertoire book out some years ago that was pretty good, it was called The Dutch for the Attacking Player I think.

The Dutch was relatively popular in the 50's. If you want to know, how they played it then, Rolf Schwarz' 1964 book is recommended. It is completely outdated on the Leningrad, but has very good sections on 2nd move deviations and the ...Bb4+ lines.
I also own Taimanov's aforementioned work, in a slightly different version. You may find a couple of interesting ideas there, which seem to be forgotten.
Alas I don't own them, but many reliable people say Bellin's books on the Classical Dutch also are very good.

If you want to play the Leningrad, than Kindermann's book.
For an introduction, Starting Out: The Dutch is quite good.
Many, many years ago (in the 80s) I bought a german book written by Taimanov "Holländisch bis Bird Eröffnung", it was quite good and many ideas developped in this book are still very to the point.
  
Yusupov once said that “The problem with the Dutch Defence is that later in many positions the best move would be ...f5-f7” but he is surely wrong.
