Books specific to Nc3:

1. "Die Franzozische Verteidigung 3.Nc3" Hagen Tiemann, Schach-Profi verlag, 1998 ISBN: 3-929376-53-9

2."French Defence - 3.Nc3 Bb4" Lev Psakhis,Batsford Ed., ISBN: 0 7134 8841 7

3. "French Defence - Steinitz, Classical and Other Systems" Lev Psakhis, Batsdord ed,  2004, ISBN 07134 8941 3

4. "Franzosisch Winawer" Kindermann-Dirr, Chessgate, 2001, ISBN: 3-935748-00-0

and Anand books (chap. 6 and 7) as given above.

These books all contain interesting ideas, but I like more Khalifman's books (and I have a lot of work in the future to continue reading all games/variations) for their content and Kindermann-Dirr about the oo-Winawer, a great book (with photos, reference to key games and so on)...but mine is in german language  (and difficult for me to understand well the comments Lips Sealed  )

Steffen Pedersen did a book on 3.Nc3 vs the French, imo an objective effort presenting the various options available for both sides.

Well, moreso a book on simply 3.Nc3, not just after Bb4

Then, that would be Opening for White according to Anand, volumes 6 and 7.

I would think that perhaps the only book fitting that description is Opening for White according to Anand, volume 7.

(Though I seem to recall an old Keene/Levy book which advocated 4. a3 ...)
