Usually when I've played a game on-line, a pgn copy of the game downloads automatically into a CB9 file called MyGames. pgn.  I double-click on it, the game comes up, then I hit "Go to Fritz," and the game is moved into Fritz, HIARCS, Junior, etc., where one can run an analysis and so forth, after which one can hit "Go To Chessbase," when the analysed game will be moved back into CB9.   

Anyway, for some (to me unfathomable reason), that function has simply stopped working.  I've got all the updates, according to the update query at PlayChess.com.

(sigh)

Still awaiting a response from the CB folks.

The whole integration with fritz has to be looked at...
It smells of a guy in a suit saying THERE MUST BE TWO APPS SO WE CAN MAKE PROFIT.

My guess is that they cannot afford the rewrite required if they really thought profit would grow by fixing it 
they would.

But really they would only be making their current user base happy and there isn't much money in that.

It's not in mine! How many different versions of CB9 are there?

I can't find any 'Go to Fritz' function on my CB9, where is it?
