I would nominate Oranje as the worst qualifier. 15 goals in 12 matches! If this continues I will root for Germany, allways provided that Der Mannschaft will play as attractive as at the WCh. Though 0-0 against Wales is not inspiring either. The good news about England not qualifying is twofold: no David Beckham and Alumbrado will have more time debating the Ruy Lopez Exchange. Pity Portugal made it. I will do my best to avoid watching those s*ck*rs Figo and Ronaldo during the tournament. Bunch of whiners.

Oh, I'm quite happy England missed out. I know it's childish, but I like to feel I'm getting something back for all those years of frustration I endured in high school.... when people just didn't understand that not everyone who lives in England is English and supports England, and that using "we" to refer to England can be annoying if the person you're speaking to isn't.......  Tongue

Hi,

now that the qualification matches are over I think it might be a good idea to look forward to this event - and back to qualification.

1. Best qualifier
Germany, bought the ticket first, but played lousy afterwards.

2. Worst qualifier
That´s easy, Austria and Switzerland. Perhaps Italy for their pathetic ultras, though that is mainly a club problem.

3. Luckiest qualifier
Russia

4. Most missed:
English speakers!!

5. Candidates for the Champion
Spain, Germany, France
