20.-,Qf7 and if 21.g5 f4 intending Rxg5 doesn't look any good for White.

This month Neil looks at the game Svidler - Berg.  At move 18 a suggested improvement is 18...Qh7! now only 19.Qb3 is considered protecting the c2-pawn, but what about 19.f5! ef 20.Rh3 Qg6 (what else?) 21.g5 f4!? 22.Rh6!! The c2-pawn does not need defending. ...Qc2 23.f7 Bf7 24.Bh3 Kb8 25.Rb7 Kb7 26.Qc6 Kb8 27.Qb5 Kb8 28.Bg2 and now after this forced sequence I cannot find a satisfactory line for Black. Can anyone find improvements? ie. 28...Rg6 29.Rh8 Sad
Looks like this 13.Rg1 idea might not be all that bad.
