Hello.

The Exchange variation is his recommendation for White in the Ruy Lopez. For Black the main parts of the repertoire is:

Ruy Lopez: Berlin (with the Berlin endgame)
Scotch: Mieses variation 4...Nf6, with 8.c4 Ba6 in the main line
Italian: 3...Bc5 and then find some way to a strategically unbalanced position, no matter what White does.
King's Gambit: 2.f4 d5 3.exd5 exf4! offering the Modern defence, while avoiding the King's Bishop's Gambit with Bxd5.
