This depends very much on your level (general and specific to endgames).

I think Mednis and Ward are the most basic ones on your list, you could get most of the same knowledge from general endgame books by Dvoretsky, Müller/Lamprecht, Fine, Rosen etc. if you have any of those.

Emms has very good coverage of positions with 5 vs 4, 4 vs 3 and 3 vs 2 pawns, both with a distant passed pawn and all pawns on the same side. Also one of the few books that deal with double rook endings. But his coverage of more basic rook endings is not thorough enough for my taste, I prefer to study them in more detail to aid understanding and memory.

Nunn, Korchnoi and Averbakh/Kopaev probably the most advanced, but in very different ways:

Averbakh/Kopaev: Reference work for all rook endings, particularly thorough with a small number of pawns as conclusions are easier to reach.

Nunn: Encyclopedic reference work NB! for the endgame R+P vs R only. There are some useful generalizations, "Tips for practical players" and exercises from actual games that could be useful to go through.

Korchnoi: Very advanced analysis of Korchnoi's best rook endings, usually recommended to master-level players.

Averback's books may not be available, but you can get the digital version of all 5 of them (updated and corrected) on 1 cd. Chess Assistant produces it, and should be available from your favorite online chess shop.
