I agree 10. Bf2 is +=. Coincidentally the latest NIC yearbook and informator both contain some interesting coverage of lines after 7... Ng4 8. Bg5 f6 9. Bc1!? (which I've always preferred over 9. Bh4)

That variation is fine for Black.  But the latest word is 10.Bf2 +=.

Hi all,

Recently, I came to notice this variation which has occurred in several games:
1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 g6 3. Nc3 Bg7 4. e4 d6 5. Nf3 O-O 6. Be2 e5 7. Be3 exd4 8. Nxd4
Re8 9. f3 c6 10. Qd2 d5 11. exd5 cxd5 12. O-O Nc6 13. c5 Rxe3 *

Does anyone know the latest word on this variation, is this exchange sac playable?
