I quite liked the Burgess book -- for instance it had nice game excerpts pointing out thematic ideas (for Black at least).  It was basically about new trends in the KID, and ...Na6 in various lines (Classical, Averbakh, Four Pawns) certainly fit that description at the time.

According to something posted here, a new edition of "the orange ECO" (volume E, which covers the KID as well as the NID, QID and Catalan) may be coming out in October (the last edition is now about a decade old).  I haven't seen anything about that on the Informant folks' website, but it seems they haven't been making use of their "coming soon" rubric in some time.  Actually they told me back in (I believe) late 2006 that they were planning to start work on E soon ...

There's the old Graham Burgess book: King's Indian for the Attacking Player.  IIRC that recommended Na6 against pretty much everything!  Not sure how the suggestions would stand up now but it might be worth picking up cheap for a few ideas?

I have the Galagher book. It is good but must be supported by more variations.

Any other book or journal that comes to your mind ?

I believe Gallaghers 'Play the King's Indian' has a chapter devoted to ...Na6, as a kind of 2nd string choice. Excellent coverage, as always.

Well, there's the Classical KID book by Panczyk and Ilczuk (which it seems has been expanded from 192 to 320 pages), but they keep pushing back its publication date (they now say September).
