How about some more 5.Qd2 Barry, that old horse still needs a bit more flogging before I'm convinced its totally safe for Black to ride.

I agree.  No more Veresov.

More London and Colle-Koltanowski if possible.

I disagree with the notion that Eric has spent too much time on the Veresov. If you look at all his monthly posts and compare the amount of space alloted to each opening, it's the Tromp that has gotten the overwhelming amount of coverage. He's just catching up with the Versov.

If there is an opening that has had too little coverage here, in relation to it's popularity at the amateur level, and basically d-pawn specials are amateur openings ( with the exception of the Tromp), it's the Colle.

On a more positive note, the Veresov coverage was absolutely outstanding and I enjoyed it very much. Looking forward to the promised "London feast" next.

Eric,

Over the last few months, we are getting more & more refutations of Veresov. We do not need any more. I am a big fan of you and your analysis. I am a Tromp player and rely a lot for your analysis when you publish. But hardly many people plays Veresov now. London, Colle, Torre are played more in club level as well as in GM level. However, in your site Veresov gets disproportionate amount of importance. It is okay if you want to refute it and close. But hate to see it so often. Colle, London demands more than Veresov.
