Hi,
I think you can play either 0-0 or Bg5 after the move Qf6.But 0-0 for white must be in toes when black starts to attack.Nc3 is another possibility.Actually we don't have to worry here as develop your piece will do fine.Then after that c5 is also an option later.
  
Winning isn't  being first but by doing better than what you did in the past.

1. Nf3 d5 2. d4 c6 3. c4 e6 4. Qc2 f5 5. g3 Bd6
6. Bg2 Qf6 

What to play against Dutch with Bd6 and Qf6. After 6. ...Qf6 Fritz is already out of book ???! ^-^

  
The older, the better - over 2200 and still rising.
