Thanks! Cracked it! Even now, in 'Black', the game cits are greyscale, but they're fully legible so I'm well satisfied!
How can I, when printing a PDF e-book or part of one using a black-and-white printer, ensure that the non-black wording (i.e. the game references, which are crucial!) print in black and white as well? Thanks in advance for help!
in my experience nothing special has to be done. The non-blacktext may look a bit greyish but other then that I  have had no problems.
