2..d5 followed by ..c5 and preferably ..d4 at some point.

Of course white can exchange on d5, but then you go from equal to better as black imho.
  
If nothing else works, a total pig-headed unwillingness to look facts in the face will see us through.

Maybe 2...-c5 with a good version of the sicilian GPA  Huh
  
Yusupov once said that “The problem with the Dutch Defence is that later in many positions the best move would be ...f5-f7” but he is surely wrong.
