You mean 1 d4 d5 2 e4 de4 3 Nc3 c6 4 Bc4 Nf6 5 f3 ef3 6 Nxf3 or 1 d4 d5 2 e4 de4 3 Nc3 Nf6 4 f3 ef3 5 Nxf3 c6, correct?

I don't understand. 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 dxe 4.Nxe4 Nf6 f3 has nothing to do with a BDG, and 1.d4 d5 2.e4 dxe 3.Nc3 Nf6 f3 is a normal BDG.

After all the mutual bashing I want to make clear that I am not that negative towards the BDG - I would like to play this line against the Caro-Kann via 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 dxe4 4.Bc4 Nf6 5.f3 exf3 6.Nxf3. And of course this is relevant for you as well because of 1.d4 d5 2.e4 c6.


I cannot talk too much about this line since I am playing a line in correspondence.

I have played 

1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 dxe 4.Nxe4 Nf6 f3

and

1.d4 d5 2.e4 dxe 3.Nc3 Nf6 f3
  
I am hopelessly addicted to the King's Gambit
