I will try to post about PP variation quickly (before update May) ... I did not before because....no good line for Black  ...to be honest, because last sunday I finished work about  KIA 

My hugge work is to build reference games list about systems I like as Black (for example: b6+h6 lines in KIA) and to build CTG tree.

About PP maybe you can add some words in the update about Bronstein dxc3!? (delaying Nc6, and if White plays Qxc3 instead of Nxc3, Black has play along the c-file) or give life again to Na6 (analyzed on chesspub updates). 

For d4 move, I have some lines recorded...but as Khalifman advices a quick Ne2, I have not analyzed so much.

I would lile to know kgwm point of view about the line:

I put in bold key moves: 
- Qd2 is to lead Black for a specific line (protect h6 with king)
- Bd1 is a 3-moves trick with Re1-Re2 to protect f2 square and prepare Ne5 in good conditions

I don't know if White can win but ending position is += and somewhat passive for Black

Another plan for White is not given by kgwm but has been commented in one O.Renet paper (I don't remember: Europe Echecs ?):
