White to move.

It was me to move as white in this position in a standard 30 min game. Both me and my opponent (a computer) had around 10 min each.

My question is what could be a constructive plan for white? The game continued from this position like this:

1.Nf3 Qc8 2.Nd4 f6 3.Nf3 Qc6 4.Re6 Qd7 5.Re2 Qf7 6.Re4 Kh1 7.Kg1 Qh4 8.Kh1 Qg6 9.Re2 Rf7 10.Re4 Kg8 11.Kg1 f5 12.Re2 h6 13.Kh1 Rd8 14.Nd4 Qh4 15.g3?? Bxg3

I had no constructive plan what so ever and my time was clicking. Eventually I stressed because of the clock and blundered.

Cheers
