Unfortunately it seems, that nobody has seen Monokroussos’ analysis. Undecided

Therefore I’ll give an impulse to further discussion. First of all I think it’s beyond question that after Beliavsky’s strong novelty 18.b6! black moves incl. 21…Nxe4!? are more or less forced. Is there any continuation which gives White winning chances in diagram position?

Let’s begin with 22.Qc2 gxh2+ 23.Kxh2 Qh4+ (23…Ng3!? is a tricky move order to tempt White to blunder with 24.Nxa8? – s. text) 24.Kg1 Ng3 25.Bxc5 [25.Nxa8? is a mistake. 25…e4 26.Bxc5 e3 27.Bxe3 Bf5! 28.Qd2 (28.Qa2 fxe3 29.Nxe3 Bd4 30.d6+ – 30.Qd2 is transposition – 30…Kf8! 31.Qd2 Nf4! -+) 28…fxe3 29.Nxe3 Be5! 30.Rfe1 Nxe2+ 31.Kf1 Ng3+ 32.Kg1 Nf4! -+; 25.d6 e4 26.Bxc5 is transposition, while another 26th move is much weaker.] 25…e4 26.d6! (26.Nxa8? see above) 26…Bf5!

I think Black has enough counterplay to hold the game. A possible continuation would be 27.Qa2 Kh7 28.Nxa8 e3! and White (!) has to find the only moves to draw.

Possibly Aagaard has found another way for White in the 22.Qc2 variation. Perhaps he can give some supporting variations.

	Yeah, impressive win. Don't have any theory to hand, but is 16.a5 a little slow here? I'd like to be able to know all the in's-and-out's of the options a5, b5-b6, or cxd6. Be nice if a set of conditions or guidelines could be created in order to decide which was the best of White's queenside options to follow.
