10 .. a5 is recommended in most books. The funny thing is that in this line "Experts vs the Sicilian" thought that white was slightly better after a serie of moves while black books thought the opposette about this seqvens  and computers slightly favors black in the final position.

Also 7 Be3 is bad becouse of Ng4 eqalizing at once

The most active answer is without much doubt 5...Bg7 6.Be3 Ng4 7.Qxg4 Nxd4 8.Qd1 e5, but that doesn't mean it is also Black's best.

After 5...Nf6 6.Nc3 d6 7.Nc2 Bg7 8.Be2 0-0 9.0-0 Nd7 10.Bd2 Nc5 the pawn sac 11.b4 has made some renowned victims. Black therefor has tried 10...a5.

The 5...Nf6 6.Nc3 d6 7.Be2 Nd4 8.Qd4 Bg7 9.Be3 0-0 10.Qd2 a5!, the Gurgenidze Variation, would be my recommendation. 

And if 7.Nc2, then 7...Bg7 8.Be2 0-0 9.0-0 Nd7 10.Bd2 Nc5 is a good answer since I'm not entirely convinced by the pawn sacrifice 11.b4.
