If samples are anything to go by, this is a very impressive book.

Moskalenko's books make the Winawer look trivial.  Cheesy

Moskalenko always has ideas to share.

Looks like an interesting book. What I like about Moskalenko is his complete disrespect for established theory and the the various myths that have been created over the years.

I like the WRG but objectively you know Black is ok without taking on f3 and just playing ..c5. The best way is to play the big lines and in most lines I could get a serious advantage as White with Qg4 in corr games.

The best way to beat the Winawer is the Winckelmann-Riemer Gambit, 1 e4 e6 2 d4 d5 3 Nc3 Bb4 4 a3 Bxc3+ 5 bxc3 dxe4 6 f3

It does indeed.

The book had the effect good books usually have: it made the stupids more stupid, the intelligent more intelligent and the other thousands of readers remained unchanged.

I hope he expands on his coverage of the Portisch/Hook variation.
