I have kindermann's book. What a wonderful piece of literature that book is!!! He recommends some great, interesting stuff. Support the author and buy the book.

If this still doesn't help - the London kind of sucks against the Classical Dutch. 1.d4 f5 2.Nf3 Nf6 3.Bf4 d6 4.e3 e6 followed by Be7, 0-0, Nc6, Qe8 and ...e5. The more positional approach 3..e6 4.e3 b6 followed by ...Bb7 and ...Ne4 is also strong.
Of course there also is 1.d4 f5 2.c4 Nf6 3.Nc3 d6 4.Nf3 g6 and only now 5.Bf4.

The book had the effect good books usually have: it made the stupids more stupid, the intelligent more intelligent and the other thousands of readers remained unchanged.

Could someone recommend a reliable setup against the London system? (1.d4-f5 2.Bf4 or 2.Nf3-Nf6 3.Bf4)
I was used to play the Leningrad (with g6 and d6) against this but the last time I regularly lose in blitz games, getting crushed nearly always...

See the book by Kindermann.

You are right. I had forgotten he gives some interesting answer.
Thanks!

Yusupov once said that “The problem with the Dutch Defence is that later in many positions the best move would be ...f5-f7” but he is surely wrong.

No real suggestion here, but surely bad experiences in blitz games don't indicate that your current approach is fundamentally wrong and needs to be improved. How do you fare in longer time controls?
