Repertoire against 1.d4, 1.c4 and 1.Nf3

I was interested in the discussion about this that popped up in the 'Repertoire against 1.d4 thread' and thought it deserved it's own thread.
I am rated around 1950 and in the process of learning some openings for the first time! I am settling on 1.d4, The Caro-Kann against 1. e4, but am still undecided as what to play against 1. d4, c4, Nf3.

I was thinking about the Dutch Stonewall as a catch all opening that i could play against all 3. This seems a very appealing way to cut down on the study time involved.

The Tarrasch positions don't really appeal to me.

The amount of KID theory scares me off, even though i like the opening. Is there a KID repertoire book that covers 1.c4 & 1.Nf3??

If i were to study say Avrukhs new book on the Gruenfeld, what would be the best way to build a repertoire against 1.c4 & Nf3.

Thanks for any suggestions  Cheesy
