You could start with 2.Nf3, then choose Anti-Sicilians on move 3 that will annoy many Black players:

2...Nc6 3.Bb5
2...d6 3.Bb5+ or 3.c3 
2...e6 3.c3 or 3.d3
2...g6 maybe 3.d4 cxd4 4.Qxd4

Of these maybe only the Rossolimo 2...Nc6 3.Bb5 and 2...e6 3.c3 are serious tries for advantage. But when you go 2.Nf3 you can "rebuild the ship at sea" and switch to the Open Sicilian gradually, one 2nd move at a time.
