sounds basically like the old Mikhail Gurevich approach!? Sure this was discussed here before somewhere as one of the various options to avoid the dreaded Slav set-up.

There´s a new book announced from Chess Stars

The Modern Reti . An Anti-Slav Repertoire
by GM Alexander Delchev, expected in january 2012

"This book is devoted to 1.Nf3 d5 2.c4. It examines the answers 2...dxc4, 2...d4, 2...e6, but its focus is on the Slav setup 2...c6 3.e3. Delchev extensively analyses White's sharpest approach with b3, Rg1 and g4, but he also presents a solid backup setup with short castling.
