After 1 e4 c5 2 Nf3 d6 3 d4 cd 4 Nd4 Nf6 5 Nc3 a6 6 Bg5 e6 7 f4 b5 8 e5 de 9 fe Qc7 10 Qe2 Nfd7 11 0-0-0 Bb7 12 Qg4 Qb6 13 Be2 Ne5 14 Qh3 Nbd7 15 Rhe1 h6 16 Bf3 , black could try 16...hg! 17 Qh8 Nf3 18 Nf3 which is very much in the spirit of the variation instead of   
16 ...Bf3 17 Nf3 Bd6 which looks rather dubious and passive after 18 Kb1!
