In addition to some of the West Indies, what about UK, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, etc.?
I think some of those countries have English if not the official language, at least one of the official languages. As far as I know, they all generally learn British English in schools.
