Thanks all!

This is where I definitely prefer ECO codes. I never learned the names of a number of these variations, but I do know the ECO codes for the Winawer lines.

There was that very random stuff that Rendle was playing for a bit? They got covered in the relevant chess pub section. 

Maybe it doesn't quite hold up in principle, I don't know. Probably awful scary in practice though.

I do not know any major improvement for Black over the Volokitin-Lputian game.

C18: Armenian Variation?

Hi all,

Well I am just getting back into chess again and was wondering, how is the Armenian Variation doing? Back when I was playing black seemed to be holding on, but in my comeback, I have not really seen any games, no new books etc...

If it is falling apon hard times, what line is putting it out of commission?
