There were also some letters in the Forum section in subsequent yearbooks. Specifically regarding 1. d4 f5 2. Nf3 Nf6 3. g3 g6 4. Bg2 Bg7 5. 0-0 0-0 6. c4 d6 7. Nc3 Nc6 8. d5 Ne5 9. Ne5 de5 10. Qb3.
I don't see this line often these days as everyone is either playing 2.Bg5 or 6.b3 following Avrukh.
In blitz strong/titled players almost always play 10.c5, which is a little annoying for Black. The lines given in the books (e.g. Luccioni, Ehlvest) are not much help)

I remember reading about this line in New In Chess as well, and I remember the arising play can be very sharp, which is either enjoyable or stressful depending on if you enjoy those positions.

There was an old book by Luccioni who had done an admirable job in gathering a lot of information on 7...Nc6 8.d5 Na5/Ne5, but it's surely out of print nowadays.

8...Ne5 is an interesting option, but personally I think it's too volatile for normal long games, but in blitz it worked very well for me. :) And I've even heard about corrplayers who scored well with it.

The best source nowadays is the database I think. Btw, if I remember correctly Michael Jensen (aka Dragonslayer here) had a couple of articles on it in NiC yearbook sometime in the late 90s.

I only know about a DVD from Martin that is about this variation: "32. Leningrad Dutch" (Foxy Openings, 1997).

This was played against me and I quickly lost. A GM was walking by when we analysed and told us that white should take the knight and enjoy his queenside majority, or something like that.

Just for my information, is there some "specialized" literature about the variation with Nc6 and Ne5? (1.d4-f5 2.g3-Nf6 3.Bg2-g6 4.Nf3-Bg7 5.00-00 6.c4-d6 7.Nc3-Nc6 8.d5-Ne5).
In De Firmian's MCO and other "general" books on openings, it is said to be equal. 
What do you think? Is it usable or just something to surprise your opponent?
  
Yusupov once said that “The problem with the Dutch Defence is that later in many positions the best move would be ...f5-f7” but he is surely wrong.
