Your Vienna idea is a good one.  Others that come to mind (besides the Bogo) are the Tartakower Variation QGD (as much for it's instructional value regarding strategy) which was covered in Sadler's QGD book in 2000 and possibly the Dutch Variation for White against the Slav (Kasimdzhanov has a 60 minute DVD).  Another line that is topical but doesn't get much book time is the Fischer Variation against the English.

I enjoy your books... keep them coming!  Bill

I'd like a King's Indian repertoire book that focuses on the Na6 variations. I like Bojkov's dvd but it lacks the detailed analysis a book can provide.

....is the most mainstream opening never to have had a book published on it in English?

It seems to me there's a fairly clear winner here; the Vienna variation of the Queen's Gambit Declined.

Anyone got a rival contender? I would have said the semi-Tarrasch, but there was some rather crap effort (at least organisationally) by Pinter a few years ago.
