The german woman chess league (Frauen-Bundesliga) plays this weekend the last round and it's the question if all teams who play their have the right to do so.
Reason is that according to generel rules of german chess association teams must pay travel expenses of other teams. If a team don't pay german chess association MUST disqualify the team according to A-10.1 of rules book.
The club of Hamburg have many time asked german chess association about this topic because they don't get their money in time - they get it many months delayed but german chess association refuse to answer this question. 
In the end it is now possible that now clubs will have to leave the league because german chess association brake their own rules.
