There are open sicilian books that you either like nor hate like "Slaying the sicilian" that goes for Be2 based systems and "Taiming the sicilian" that goes for g3 based open sicilians.

And there are of course also "Dangerous Weapons: the Open Sicilian"

"Sicilian Attacks" by Yakovich is excellent. 

It's a good book in its own right, with lots of good chess, and its great for getting a feel for the initiative, which is so important in the Open Sicilian.

Hello everyone. I am searching for a good introduction to the open sicilians for the white side. My background is that I starting playing chess 3 years ago and currently have an Elo of 1830. I hope to improve a bit further. My "problem" is that i started playing with 1. c4, since I didn't know better. Now I have the feeling that I miss out on some important stuff. I especially feel that this might be a good idea, since I feel more comfortable playing more classical openings when playing black, like the Tartakower.
However getting into 1. e4 is a tremendous amount of work and I'm searching for some kind of overview over the different open sicilians. I have "Experts vs. the Sicilian" but I think it is a bit too advanced for and some more basic information would be good. The best I have found so far is McDonald's Starting out: 1. e4. Does anyone have some other recommendations to get used to basic ideas and standard motifs in the various open sicilians? Thank you very much for your suggestions. Of course a source for more or less open sicilians at once would be great but I also appreciate individual suggestions .

PS: A good example for what I'm searching are Kazimdhanovs three DVDs on the french. I think they are very well done and from the amount of information quite suitable for my level. Something like that, no matter if DVD or Book (or maybe even youtube videos) would be great!
