There is quite a lot of info about this recent DVD at
http://chessbase-shop.com/en/products/tiviakov_attacking_with_italian_and_ruy_lo... Games in the lecture database are grouped according to theme, with Spanish (with Qe2) and Italian (d3,c3) treated together. Delaying castling (even later 0-0-0) in order to be able to launch the kingside pawns forward features heavily.
Some nice games, with good explanations, and some extras included on the DVD, but I found it a bit weak on theory.
For instance, so far I have been unable to find any recommendation for White against the 'obvious' line 3 Bc4 Nf6 4 d3 Bc5 5 c3 0-0!, as recommended in the excellent Chess Stars book on the open games.
However, there IS some coverage of this line in Kindermann's DVD, revamped for Chessbase, but its a bit tentative (more work needed etc.). For more info, see
http://chessbase-shop.com/de/products/kindermann_intelligentes_italienisch For some it will be important that these, along with other recent Chessbase DVDs, have a degree of copy protection.
