Maybe for a Taimanov player, but not for the Sicilian Kan as far as I know.

Completely a matter of taste Smiley Are you going to break down in tears when faced with 3 Bb5+ on a semi regular basis?

2..e6 very suitable If you're happier with classically going a quick d5 but can play in others ways anyhow.

2.. Nc6 is another entirely possible move order for the Kan of course. 

Also worth considering switching your move order around between these move 2 things, so you don't present a fixed target for anti players.

I'm doubting about playing the Najdorf or the Taimanov/Kan complex (a la Delchev in his forthcoming book "The most Flexible Sicilian") and I think at my level (2000 ELO) the anti-sicilians play an important role: what anti-siclians are better for black those that start with 2...d6 or with 2...e6?
