I don't have CB13 yet, but in CB12 (and earlier) you can go to 'Options' (in 'File') and then 'Notation' and then there is a choice between figurine and ordinary letters. If you use the latter you can just change them manually (just write the ones you want).
I'm surprised that changing the language in the 'Language' tab here doesn't change the letters automatically. Undecided

ChessBase 13: Changing Notation Language

I have ChessBase 13, and I have the language not in English, as well I did on ChessBase 12. How to change language of the letters of the notation? Til Example I mean if like in English it says for Grünfeld, 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 g6 3. Nc3 d5...etc., How do you change the N, which stands for Knight in English, into the language that I chose in the Tools tab? I can change languages, but all of the games in the window show English letter notation. Til example, German use S for Springer, it shows up as 1...Sf6, Dutch use Paard, it shows 1...Pf6, Romance languages use 1...Cf6, etc, but this does not show on my games window, it shows English letter regardless of the language. I find this very rare since the entire interface is in whatever language I can choose, yet the moves use English letters.
