I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with the inner workings of the Elo-rating system. Generally though the way the Elo-gnomes at Fide get their data each month is in the form of computer files made (or more often just retrieved) by individuals associated to the various competitions being rated.

I've made dozens of these tournament reports during the span of a few years. About a week ago, just before the june rating was about to be calculated, I sent in another. Only this one had one wrong result (put 0-1 instad of 1-0). As a consequence two players got mildly incorrect Elo-ratings.

So my question is. Anyone know if it is possible to correct wrong results after ratings have been calculated and if so how?
