	Interesting - I expected a Nimzo plus QGD book would go for ...d5 lines in the former - is ...c5 the choice against 4 f3 too?

	I guess what I meant to say was that since it was repertoire book, it would be nice to see at least a chapter on 3. exd5. I can understand omitting sidelines on move 1 or 2, but 3. exd5 would have made it more complete. Otherwise the book seems quite good to me.

	I could find not thread for this book. In any case, am I missing something, but where is coverage of the Exchange Variation?
