Oh, seems this flew under my radar.
Very interested in the 5.g3 Semi-Slav section. The only other relatively recent source for this would be Ris' DVD right?

There‘s also the brand-new 1.d4! The Chess Bible by Hungarian IM Armin Juhasz (Thinkers Publishing 2021, 278 pages; https://thinkerspublishing.com/product/1-d4-the-chess-bible-mastering-queens-paw... ).
That book is a mixture of model games, theoretical coverage, tactical puzzles, typical Endgames and additional games for homework. It doesn’t give a complete repertoire (for example: no Dutch, no QGA, no Benko ...) but concentrates on the biggest repertoire blocks: KID (Petrosian), Grünfeld (4.Nf3 Bg7 5.h4), Modern Benoni (Nf3+h3+Bd3), Slav (3.Nf3 Nf6 4.g3) and the Catalan. (The Chapters on Slav and Catalan together make it up to 90 pages, including 25 pages of pure theory).
It‘s recommended for 1600 - 2500 ELO players but imo best for 1800 - 2100 players who are new in this structures. But surely a useful book anyway if you play some of these systems.

Of course, there‘s also Chesspublishing itself with its commented games!

I wonder what the advantages of 6.Be2 are compared to 6.Qc2.

The book had the effect good books usually have: it made the stupids more stupid, the intelligent more intelligent and the other thousands of readers remained unchanged.

Slav Gambit and Siblings
by GM Kiril Georgiev
Chess-Stars , May 2021

The book presents a consistent White repertoire against 1...d5, based on gambit systems where White gives up the c4-pawn.
It covers 1.d4 d5 2.c4 c6 3.Nf3 Nf6 4.Nc3 dxc4 5.e4 b5 6.Be2, 1.d4 d5 2.c4 c6 3.Nf3 Nf6 4.Nc3 e6 5.g3 dxc4, the Closed Catalan, arising after 5...Nbd7, the open Catalan with 1.d4 d5 2.c4 e6 3.Nc3 Nf6 4.Nf3 Be7 5.g3 0-0 6.Bg2 dxc4 7.Ne5, the Triangle system.
The book should serve players looking for complex unbalanced positions after 1...d5. At the same time the lines are positionally sound, meant to withstand even deep home preparation.
