As Bibs says: Ruy Lopez first, then Two Knights with 4 d3.
But then I get Two Knights with 4 d4 (or 3 d4 exd4 4 Bc4) far more often than 4 Ng5, and the Bishop's Opening more than the Scotch.

Just adding my name to the list of those here that have bought the book! 

It will be fun watching games from now on in local league and tournament games to see who else is playing these lines 

Grateful for any advice on best order for learning these lines while getting up to speed (i.e perhaps based on frequency they are likely to arise or something - I'm around 1650)?

I plan to start playing e4e5 next season after a near 30 year break. Since then its been a diet of Alekhines, Sicilians, Frenchs and Scandinavian gambits.  I never knew any theory or plans back then so it's pretty much from scratch.

I just got this myself. It's a wonderful piece of work. 
As a former Jaenisch and Ulvestad player, I am thrilled to see that these old darlings of mine do hold up under close scrutiny.

Just purchased. Nice default icon for the .cbv in Chessbase.
Now I'm waiting for Martin's O'Kelly Sicilian book to come out in digital format.
