Joe Gallagher's upcoming book 
 
  Play the King's Indian: A Complete Repertoire for Black in this most Dynamic of Openings  used to be on Everyman's web site as a future release, I think March '04, was removed from the future release page a few weeks prior to the web site changing, and thus removing all future releases. Is the book still coming? If so when?
Amazon still has it listed on their site as not yet released.
