1.d4 f5 2.g3 g6 3.Bg2 Bg7 4.Nf3 Nf6 5.0-0 0-0 6.c4 d6 7.Nc3

I have had trouble facing this line and I would like to know what different people recommend. I'm looking a bit at lines starting with 9.Qa4 but so far I haven't found anything I like...

Also, the only book I know of that covers these lines (instead of Qe8 lines) is "Leningrad Dutch" by Neil Mcdonald. Is ther another book? Any other comment on other Leningrad books are welcome since I'm becomming interested in the Leningrad from the black side as well...
