15.Nf3 Nb4
16.Bg6 Bf3!
17.Bf7 Kf7
18.Rg1 Rh7
19.Qg3 Na2
20.Kc2 Nb4 
21.Kc1 Be4
22.h4 c5

well what happened was 

11.Nd2 Qe7 
12.Ne2 Qf7 
13."O-O-O" Bb7 
14.Nf4 Nc6? i see you are saying Na6 here....

Here, i offered a draw which he took, however i believe my position is suspect after Nf3!, even bg6 probably ok for white....

Dear Craig,

no reason to worry. 11.Nd2... is a clever little move aiming to avoid the "old mainline" in which Black placed his Bf3. In my analysis I refuted the Bf3-concept and found out that the only way is Qe7/Qf7. 

For example:

11.Nd2 Qe7
12.Ne2 Qf7
13."Nf4" Rh7!
14.Bh7 Nh7
15.Qh7 Bd4
16.Qf7 Kf7
17.O-O-O Bc6 --+

13."O-O-O" Bb7
14.Nf4 Na6
15."Bg6" Rh7!
16.Bh7 Nh7
17.Qh7 Bd4
18.Qf7 Kf7
19.Nb3 Bf6
20.Bf6 Kf6
21.Rd7 Rh8
22.h3 e5 --+

15."Ng6" Kf8
16.Ne5 Qf8
17.Bg6 Kd8
18.Ng4 Ke7
19.Re1 b5! --+

It would be better when you give the next time your moves (10-20) so that we can see WHERE you went wrong.

English defense f5 sacrifice

Hello. I just played a game today that went into main f5 line sack in Bd3 english defense after qh5+ and then bg5 nf6 qh4 bh1, my opponent played Nd2! (not ne2 thats annalyzed on this site). What would be a good reply for black i tried qe7-f7 but that didn't work too well. Thanks
